We ship Australia-wide.

Delivery times

Most items are dispatched from supplier warehouses overseas. Typical delivery is 2–4 weeks from when your order is placed, depending on the item and your location. We’ll aim to get tracking information to you once your order ships.

Because items can ship from more than one supplier, orders with multiple products may arrive in separate parcels at different times.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your delivery address.

Delays

Occasionally, customs processing or supplier stock issues can extend delivery beyond the estimate above. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we’ll chase it up with the supplier on your behalf.
